Since i can't actually complain to the head or school or anything i figure i would express my feelings in this blog of mine :D the reason for the post is because i've never hated a subject this much that it actually pains me to think about it , fair enough that they are PhD and masters but does that actually mean they are given the right to have a say in everything and interpret everything as how they think it is ? i never thought i would need to say this but they are stupid . its true they have masters tittle and PhD but then what makes them think other people's opinion do not matter . The fact that i am studying understand explains that i am lack of knowledge and of course for being 21 i would not have 20 years of working experience in a particular work field yes i know you would have worked in a fucking company as the director of the so and so department for x numbers of years , does give you the right the determined every trend there is in the fucking market , have you heard of cultural relativism its from the fucking core subject called ethics if you do not know of it means that moral values are different across culture . maybe in Australia incentives in a form of cash would reduce trust but it is definitely a way to drive people to work . Non sense about what focusing on 20 % of the market and letting go 80% because the trust build would be ruined . The fucking fact that if you are able to be fucking good at what you do builds loyalty and this fucking builds trust :D so for your information offering incentives aren't going to ruin trust because they could be mutually beneficial for the company . Screw me for not having 20 years of working experience , if i would have the 20 years of working experience i would not be paying money to the institution to allow them to employ you to teach me fuck face retarded dumb fuck . use your bloody brain to think about it before even think of commenting on it . AS a matter of fact an incentive can be given in various forms and not just in terms of cash .. so let it be that 1% if we do not offer it in terms of money and change it for a bottle of wine that is worth 800 bucks would it be the same ?
